Eligibility for Refunds

Time Frame for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
For Card Payments: It may take up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account after the refund has been processed. This duration is contingent upon your bank's processing times and is beyond our control.
For Crypto Payments: If you made your purchase using cryptocurrency, you must contact our support team with your valid Bitcoin (BTC) address to initiate a refund. All crypto transaction refunds are processed within 72 hours from the request. Please ensure that the provided BTC address is correct, as refunds will not be sent to any other address.

Refunds to Original Payment Method: Refunds will only be issued to the same card or cryptocurrency wallet used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method.

Chargebacks and Account Policies

We take chargebacks very seriously. Please be advised of the following:

Chargebacks: Any chargebacks initiated by your bank or payment processor, for any reason, will be considered a violation of our terms of service.

Account Suspension: If a chargeback occurs, your account will be permanently suspended. This includes a lifetime ban from utilizing any of the IM-IN TV services.

Terms of Service Agreement: By making a purchase, you agree to these refund terms and conditions. You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback without prior consultation with our support team may lead to immediate account termination.

For crypto purchases, include your valid BTC address.

Upon confirmation of your request, our support team will process your refund as per the timelines mentioned above.

IM-IN TV reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new refund policy.
