IM-IN TV INSTALLATION GUIDE
Step 1: Prepare Your Fire Stick
- Turn on your Fire Stick and navigate to the Home screen.

Go to Settings: Scroll to the top and select the gear icon (Settings) on the right side of the menu.

Select My Fire TV: In the settings menu, scroll down and select "My Fire TV" or "Device."

Enable Developer Options:
- If you see "Developer options," select it. If not, select "About" and then click on "Fire TV Stick" several times until you see a message saying "You are now a developer."
- Now go back to "My Fire TV" and select "Developer options."

Enable Apps from Unknown Sources:
- Find the "Apps from Unknown Sources" option and toggle it to "ON." This allows the installation of third-party applications.
- Enable ADB Debugging (optional): This can help with troubleshooting if needed.
Step 2: Install the Downloader App
- Go back to the Home screen of your Fire Stick.

Navigate to the Search bar: In the upper left corner, find the magnifying glass icon (Search).

Type “Downloader”: Using the on-screen keyboard, type "Downloader" and select the app from the list.
- Download the App: Click on the “Download” or “Get” button to install the Downloader app.
Step 3: Download and Install the APK
- Open Downloader: Go back to the Home screen and find the Downloader app in your apps section. Launch it.
- Allow Permissions: The first time you open Downloader, it will request permission to access files. Allow it.

Enter the APK URL:
- In the URL field on the Downloader main screen, enter the downloader code 850252
- Click "Go."
- Download the APK: After a moment, the Downloader app will fetch the APK. Wait for the download to complete.

Install the APK:
- Once the download is complete, the app will prompt you to install it. Click on “Install.”
- Open the App: Once installed, you can either open the app directly from the installation screen or return to the Home screen.
Step 4: Clean Up
- Delete APK File (Optional): After installation, it’s a good idea to delete the APK file to save space. In the Downloader app, after installation finishes, it will ask you if you want to delete the APK file. Click “Delete” and confirm.
Step 5: Launch Your App
- Find Your App: Return to your Fire Stick Home screen and scroll down to "Your Apps & Channels."
- Launch the App: Locate the IM-IN TV application you just installed and click to open it.
Step 1: Enable Unknown Sources
- Turn on your Android TV Box and navigate to the Settings menu. This is usually represented by a gear icon.
- Scroll down and select Security & Restrictions (or just Security depending on your version).
- Look for the option that says Install unknown apps.
- Find the browser application you will be using (e.g., the default browser) and enable the option to Allow from this source.
Step 2: Download the APK
- Open the Default Browser on your Android TV Box.
- Navigate to: https://imintv.com/downloads/android
- Locate the .apk file for the app you wish to install, and select it to start the download.
Step 3: Locate the Downloaded APK
- Once the file is downloaded, you may receive a notification. You can also navigate to the Download folder using File Manager or a similar app on your TV box.
- If you don’t have a file manager installed, you can typically find downloads directly from the browser’s downloads section.
Step 4: Install the APK
- Locate the downloaded .apk file in the Downloads folder or the directory it was saved to.
- Select the .apk file to begin the installation process. You may see a prompt asking for your confirmation to install the app.
- Click on Install to proceed. The installation process will take a few moments.
Step 5: Complete the Installation
- Once installed, you will see an option to Open the app directly from the installation screen. You can also find the app in your app drawer or home screen.
- If you do not see an option to open it, navigate back to the home screen or the app section of your TV box to locate the newly installed application.
Step 1: Prepare Your Nvidia Shield TV
- Turn on Your NVIDIA Shield TV: Make sure your device is powered on and connected to your TV.
- Connect to the Internet: Ensure your Shield TV is connected to Wi-Fi or an Ethernet connection.
Step 2: Enable Unknown Sources
- Open Settings: From the Shield TV home screen, navigate to the settings icon (cogwheel) in the top right corner.
- Select 'Device Preferences': Scroll down and click on "Device Preferences."
- Go to 'Security & Restrictions': Find and select "Security & Restrictions."
- Enable Unknown Sources: Look for the option that allows installations from unknown sources. You may see options for specific apps (like "File Explorer" if you use it). Enable this option.
Step 3: Download a File Manager
To install the APK, you can either use an app like "File Commander," "ES File Explorer," or "Downloader."
- Open Google Play Store on Your Shield TV.
- Search for 'Downloader' or 'File Explorer'.
- Download and Install the app.
Step 4: Download the IM-IN TV App
- Open the File Manager or Downloader App: Open the app you chose in the previous step.
- Enter the URL: If using Downloader, enter the Downloader code 850252 where the IM-IN TV App can be downloaded
- Start Download: Click the "Go" button (in Downloader) to start downloading the APK file.
Step 5: Install the APK
- Navigate to the Downloaded Application: Once downloaded, the app will prompt you to install the APK. Follow the instructions on the screen.
- Install the APK: Click on "Install" when prompted. Allow any necessary permissions.
- Complete Installation: Once the installation is complete, you can either open the app directly from the installer or return to your home screen.
Step 6: Launch the Application
- Return to the Home Screen: Press the Home button on your Shield TV remote.
- Find IM-IN TV: Navigate through your apps until you find the IM-IN TV app.
- Open the App: Click on the app to launch it.
Step 1: Download the Installer
- Open Your Web Browser: Launch your preferred web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
- Go to the following url: https://imintv.com/downloads/windows/im-in-tv.exe
- Download the Installer: Make sure you know where the file is being saved (e.g., Downloads folder).
Step 2: Install IM-IN TV Software
- Locate the Installer: Navigate to the folder where the .exe file was downloaded, usually the Downloads folder.
- Run the Installer:
- Double-click on the IM-IN TV.exe file to start the installation process.
- If prompted by User Account Control (UAC), click "Yes" to allow the installation.
- Wait a few moments: IM-IN TV application will open.
- Login with the details provided in your welcome email.
Step 1: Download the .dmg file
- Download: Go to https://imintv.com/downloads/mac/im-in-tv.dmg download the .dmg file. It will typically be placed in your "Downloads" folder.
Step 2: Open the .dmg File
- Navigate to Downloads: Open Finder and go to the "Downloads" folder or where you saved the .dmg file.
- Open the .dmg: Double-click on the downloaded .dmg file. This will mount the disk image and open a new Finder window showing its contents.
Step 3: Install the Application
- Drag to Applications: In the Finder window that opened, you will typically see the "IM-IN TV" app icon and a shortcut to the "Applications" folder. Drag the "IM-IN TV" icon into the "Applications" folder. This copies the application to your Applications directory.
Step 4: Eject the Disk Image
- Eject: Once the application has been copied, you can close the window and either right-click on the mounted disk image on your desktop and select "Eject," or simply drag it to the Trash (which will turn into an Eject icon).
Step 5: Open the Application
- Open Applications Folder: Go to your Applications folder, either through Finder or using the Dock.
- Locate IM-IN TV: Find "IM-IN TV" and double-click on the icon to open it.
Step 6: Bypass Security Settings (if necessary)
- Gatekeeper Warning: If you receive a warning that the application cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer, you can bypass this by:
- Right-clicking (or Control-clicking) on the "IM-IN TV" icon.
- Selecting "Open" from the context menu.
- Confirming that you want to open the application in the dialog box that appears.
- Alternatively, you can go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy and select the "General" tab. You may see a message about "IM-IN TV" being blocked. Choose "Open Anyway."
Step 1: Download the Purple Application
- Open the App Store on your iOS device.
- Search for "Purple" in the search bar.
- Find the Purple application and tap on the Download or Get button.
- Wait for the installation to complete.
Step 2: Open the Purple Application
- Locate the Purple app on your home screen.
- Tap to open the application.
Step 3: Logging in to Purple Player
- Once the app is open, you will be greeted with the home screen.
- Look for the Settings option (usually represented by a gear icon) and tap on it.
- From the settings menu, select "Xtream Codes API".
Step 5: Enter Your IM-IN TV Credentials
- Fill in the following fields:
- Xtream Codes URL: Enter your DNS sent to you in the "IM-IN TV Details" email.
- Username: Enter your Xtream Codes username sent to you in the "IM-IN TV Details" email.
- Password: Enter your Xtream Codes password sent to you in the "IM-IN TV Details" email.
- Line ID (optional): If required, input your line ID or user ID.
- Tap the Save button to store your credentials.
Step 1: Enable Unknown Sources
- Open Kodi on your device.
- Click on the Settings gear icon in the top left corner.
- Go to System.
- Click on Add-ons in the left menu.
- Toggle the switch to enable Unknown Sources. You will see a warning message; read it and confirm if you are comfortable proceeding.
Step 2: Add Source
- Go back to the Settings menu.
- Click on File manager.
- Click on Add source.
- A window will pop up. Click on the box that says <None>.
- Enter the URL for the repository that contains the "IM-IN TV" plugin: https://imintv.com/downloads/kodi/repo.zip
- Click OK.
- In the next box, enter a name for this source (e.g., IM-IN Repo) and click OK.
Step 3: Install the Repository
- Go back to the Kodi main menu.
- Click on Add-ons.
- Click on the Package Installer icon (it looks like an open box) at the top left corner.
- Select Install from zip file.
- Navigate to the source you just added (e.g., click on IM-IN Repo).
- Find the zip file that corresponds to the repository and click to install it. Wait for a notification that the repository has been installed.
Step 4: Install the IM-IN TV Plugin
- Once the repository is installed, go back to the Package Installer icon again.
- Select Install from repository.
- Find and select the repository where the "IM-IN TV" plugin is located (for example, IM-IN Repo).
- Click on Video add-ons or any relevant category.
- Look for IM-IN TV and click on it.
- Click Install and wait for the installation notification.
Step 5: Accessing IM-IN TV
- After installation, go back to the Kodi main menu.
- Click on Add-ons.
- You should see IM-IN TV listed there. Click on it to launch the plugin.
